The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the city center. Breakfast was delightful, with a good mix of cereals and fruits, not to mention the hearty full English that got our family ready for the day.
My kids wished for more space in our room.

Great for a short stay with friends
Had a decent stay here, the beds were comfy and the owners were super welcoming. Plus, we had a lovely breakfast with a full English spread that hit the spot every morning.
Not exactly budget-friendly but still worth it for the experience.

The key retrieval process requires a call for a code, which may throw off those expecting a traditional check-in. some might find this less convenient. Room sizes run on the small side, with tight spaces making navigation tricky, particularly for larger folks. The mattress is a hefty slab of hard material that could use some serious reconsideration. a softer one would be a game changer for comfort. the kettle situation is frustrating—too big for the sink, so filling it becomes an exercise in patience. Breakfast hours end by 9am. for those hoping to sleep in, this feels a tad early. no luggage storage on Sundays creates an issue for late travelers. finding a nearby café to stash bags adds unnecessary hassle.

excellent parking system, efficient key-safes, unique discount fob
lacking an en-suite bathroom can be quite inconvenient!!! The shared bathroom arrangement disrupts privacy. Road noise at night can be bothersome if you enjoy warm weather and open windows!!!

Fantastic location with friendly service
I had a wonderful experience staying at this charming spot. The location is perfect, just a short stroll away from the city center, which made it easy to explore Bath's attractions. The breakfast was delightful, with a great selection to start the day. The only thing I felt could improve is the room size. it was a bit snug, so if you enjoy spacious accommodations, keep that in mind.

Good for a weekend
So, got a cozy place here, really close to Bath center, only a 5-min walk! Breakfast was spot on, I loved the full English. Matt was super attentive too. Just a heads up, the mattress was like sleeping on hard concrete, and breakfast ends at 9, bit too early for vacay mode. But overall, enjoyed our stay!
